1.     The organizers of this antique show and sale waive any claim for damages, except the return of deposit paid if for any reason it should be impossible to have this show.

2.     Cancellation due to emergency may qualify for a refund.  All other cancellations must be made no less than 30 days prior to the start of the Antique show.

3.     Show manager(s) reserve the right to request the exhibitor to remove any item from the booth which in the manager’s opinion does not come under the category of antiques, collectibles, and/or related merchandise. 

4.     Do not display any “Sale”, “Special”, or “Discounted” sign(s) in your booth on merchandise. 

5.     All tables used in your booth for display must be draped to the floor on all (4) sides.  An under the table display is allowed if arranged tastefully. 

6.     No smoking will be allowed inside the building(s) or tent(s).  Smoking is allowed in designated areas only and all waste is required to be placed in appropriate receptacles

7.   No packing out until the show closes. 

8.     Security will be provided after show hours, but at no time is Texas Rose Antique Show Security responsible for the property of the exhibitor. 

9.      No automobiles in the building(s) or tents(s). 

10.   Campers and Motor homes will be charged $20.00 per night. (Staying on the property is considered “Camping”)  Payment is to be made with application submission and applicable fees. 

11. Food preparation and consumption will occur in designated areas.  Clean-up of areas used for food preparation and consumption is the sole responsibility of those utilizing these areas.  Texas Rose Antique Show is not responsible and will not provide utensils or cooking supplies.

12.   Please curb pets out in the field in the designated area.  All pets must be on leashes at all times.  All waste must be picked up and disposed of in designated receptacles.

13.  Do not use nails, tape, tacks or any other product that may damage the walls-these are absolutely forbidden.  If you have clamps or hooks that won’t mark the walls, you may use them.
